By accessing or using Paws Ok Please (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is operated by BlobCity iSolutions Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Paws Ok Please is a cat adoption platform that connects people who wish to rehome cats (“listers”) with people who wish to adopt cats (“adopters”). We act solely as an intermediary and are not a party to any adoption arrangement between listers and adopters.

We do not own, foster, shelter, or rehome cats ourselves, except where explicitly stated. All listings are created and managed by registered users.

To list a cat or contact a lister, you must create an account and verify your mobile number via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform.

When you list a cat on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the cat or have the legal authority to rehome it.
• All information provided in the listing is accurate and not misleading.
• The cat is in reasonably good health to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not request or accept any payment in exchange for rehoming the cat.
• You will respond to genuine adoption enquiries in a timely and respectful manner.

All listings are subject to admin review and approval before appearing publicly on the Platform. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines, without prior notice.

Expressing interest in a cat through the Platform does not guarantee an adoption. The final decision to rehome a cat rests solely with the lister.

As an adopter, you agree to provide honest information about yourself, your living situation, and your experience with cats. Misrepresentation to secure an adoption may result in account suspension.

The Platform provides an in-app messaging feature to facilitate communication between listers and adopters. You agree to use this feature only for legitimate adoption-related discussions.

You must not use the messaging system to:

• Send spam, harassment, threats, or abusive content.
• Share illegal content including obscene material.
• Solicit money or financial information.
• Advertise unrelated products or services.

Message content is stored on our servers. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how message data is handled.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
• Sell, trade, or exchange cats for monetary gain.
• Create fake or duplicate accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or republish Platform content without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

All content on the Platform — including the name “Paws Ok Please”, logos, design, and software — is the property of BlobCity iSolutions Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting content (photos, descriptions, messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content solely for operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of listings, the suitability of any cat for adoption, or the conduct of any user.

We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or dispute arising from an adoption arranged through the Platform. Adoption arrangements are entirely between the lister and the adopter.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlobCity iSolutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any adoption facilitated through it.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
